I have the same breakfast each morning. It’s a simple breakfast that minimizes cleanup and allows me to break down camp as I eat.

  • Run the oats, raisins, and bananas through a food processor
  • Everything is poured into a ziploc bag
  • Mix this with 500 ml of water (hot or cold)
  • Soy protein can be tough on your gut. Mix it 50/50 with whey protein until your body adjusts.
